Standing on the edge
With nothing holding you back but reality itself
One movement can cause you to topple into time and space
You are surrounded by darkness

Standing on the edge
With nothing to lose but yourself in yourself
Black fire burns at your heart
Your brain yearns to end it all

Standing on the edge
The lump in your throat is unbearable
Your legs long to be relieved of pressure
Your eyes have destroyed themselves with darkness

Standing on the edge
A cold sweat has saturated your body
It will no more
For you will go through the door

Standing on the edge
Plunging into time and space
Falling into the void
But you can’t help hearing “why did you blame it on the rocks a crumbling”
